Virat Kohli seems to be improving his form as skipper of the Indian cricket team. Virat Kohli led Team India to yet another victory against Australia in the third ODI at Indore with their 5 wicket win. Kohli's team have also sealed the five-match ODI series with this win.

Virat Kohli, has now equalled the record for most consecutive wins in ODIs for an Indian captain. Former captains Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Rahul Dravid, both have 9 straights wins in ODIs and Virat Kohli has just joined them.

MS Dhoni lead India to win from November 14 2008 to February 5 2009. Rahul Dravid, on the other achieved the feat of 9 consecutive ODI victories in 2006. Virat Kohli now has 9 consecutive wins between July 6 2017 to September 24 2017. Team India still have two matches to go in this series and will face New Zealand next month.
