Top seed Andy Murray continued his run of good form at the Thailand Open in Bangkok, easing into the last four at the expense of Grigor Dimitrov. Murray's 6-4, 6-4 victory in one hour and 28 minutes means the Scot remains on course to take his third title of the season.

Baghdatis in final
Meanwhile, in Kuala Lumpur, unseeded Marcos Baghdatis will face second seed Viktor Troicki for a place in the Malaysian Open final after both enjoyed straight sets wins yesterday. Troicki, who helped Serbia to the Davis Cup title last year, booked his place in the semi-finals with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Russian Dmitry Tursunov.
In women's tennis, Russia's Vera Zvonareva overcame a nightmare start in her Pan Pacific Open semi-final yesterday, recovering strongly to power past Petra Kvitova in straight sets.

Zvonareva gears up
Zvonareva, struggling with her serve, trailed 0-4 to her Czech opponent in the first set before battling back to win a tie-break then romping through the second set without losing a game to seal a 7-6 (7/2), 6-0 victory.
In the final on Saturday, Zvonareva will take on Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland, who defeated Victoria Azarenka of Belarus 6-3, 4-6, 6-2.
