Responding to Rizvi College's 149 for eight in 20 overs, the Pakistani side was 10 runs short in the end. Neil Narvekar (37) top-scored for Rizvi College.
The final went down to the wire with Pakistan needing 18 runs off the last over. But they could only manage eight in the face of Mumbai all-rounder Kaustubh Pawar's tight line. In the penultimate over, the winners conceded 18 runs.
