Star India women's batter Smriti Mandhana, 30, revealed that she follows a self-made 30-minute rule which helps her process her emotions and move on swiftly, rather than dwelling on the past, which perhaps explains her machine-like efficiency in churning out runs game after game. In a recent episode of the podcast Figuring Out, the she said: "In my mind, I don't dwell on anything in life beyond 30 minutes. I don't hide my emotions, but I'm not a very emotional person in general. I just have a very practical approach to things." Smriti was part of the Indian team that won the Asia Cup recently.
