Earlier, Mushfiqur Rahim became the first Bangladesh batsman to score a century against South Africa as he spurred his team to a respectable total at the Diamond Oval. Mushfiqur scored an unbeaten 110 as Bangladesh posted an impressive 278 for seven, their highest total against the South Africans, after winning the toss and deciding to bat on what seemed to be an easy-paced pitch.
