The T20 World Cup 2026 match between the Netherlands and Namibia was scheduled to be played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi

Having put to bat first, Namibia's Nicol Loftie-Eaton played a knock of 42 runs off 38 deliveries, including a boundary and two maximums

During the clash, the Netherlands' Logan van Beek showcased exceptional bowling skills. Having bowled three overs, he claimed two wickets by conceding 13 runs

JJ Smith, who was showcasing a fine batting effort for Namibia, was later dismissed by the Netherlands' premier all-rounder, Bas de Leede, for 22 runs. Smith's innings of 15 balls also included a boundary and two maximums

Earlier, Namibia's opening batsman Jan Frylinck also accumulated 30 runs in 26 balls, with the help of three boundaries and a maximum. With this, they posted a total of 156 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs

The Netherlands' opening batsman, Michael Levitt, provided a strong start to the side. Facing just 15 deliveries, he smashed 28 runs, laced with a boundary and three maximums

While chasing a target of 157 runs, Namibia's Bernard Scholtz helped his side strike early. Netherlands' opening batsman Max O'Dowd departed after scoring seven runs in eight balls, including a boundary

Despite losing an early wicket, Bas de Leede played a match-winning knock of an unbeaten 72 runs off just 48 deliveries. His knock also included five boundaries and four maximums

The Netherlands chased the target by posting 159 runs for the loss of three wickets in 18 overs. With this, the side has kept alive their hopes to make the cut in the "Super Eight" stage of the marquee event
