Having put to bat first, Sunrisers Hyderabad's (SRH) explosive batting duo, Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma, provided a strong start to the team. Facing 21 deliveries, Head smashed 46 runs, hitting six boundaries and three maximums, while Abhishek garnered 48 runs in 21 balls, including four boundaries and the same number of maximums (Pic: X/@SunRisers)

Later, Nitish Kumar Reddy accumulated 39 runs, facing 24 balls. He also registered four boundaries and a maximum. Salil Arora was bowled out on the very first ball of his innings. Heinrich Klaasen showcased his exceptional power-hitting skills. Facing 35 balls, the right-handed batsman amassed 52 runs, including four boundaries and a maximum. KKR's Blessing Muzarabani returned with the figures of four wickets for 41 runs in four overs. Vaibhav Arora also registered two wickets by giving away 47 runs in his spell of four overs. In KKR's previous clash, skipper Ajinkya Rahane had played a glorious knock of 67 runs off 40 balls. During his knock, he also smashed three boundaries and five maximums.
