The IPL 2026 semi-final match between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) is scheduled to be played on May 29 at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh PCA Stadium in New Chandigarh
Ahead of the match, RR's in-form opening batsman, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, is set to achieve a new milestone for the Rajasthan-based franchise
The left-handed batsman is 68 runs away from completing his tally of 1000 runs for the Royals in the league's history
Currently, he has registered 932 runs in 22 appearances for Rajasthan. With a top score of 103 runs, he also has two centuries and five half-centuries
If the Royals manage to secure a win against the Titans, they will then lock horns with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the title clash of the tournament. The final is scheduled to be played on May 31 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad
