Ahead of the cash-rich league, Kolkata Knight Riders' star spinner Varun Chakaravarthy is just falling short by one wicket to complete his tally of 100 scalps for the franchise
If he manages to pick up one wicket in the IPL 2026, Chakaravarthy will then join the likes of Sunil Narine and Andre Russell
Before Chakaravarthy, only Narine and Russell have completed 100 wickets for Kolkata. In 198 matches for KKR, Narine has bagged 210 wickets, and Russell has claimed 124 scalps in 139 games for the franchise
