Footballer Jamie O'Hara hints at split with girlfriend Elizabeth

England footballer Jamie O'Hara hinted that he has split from girlfriend Elizabeth-Jayne Tierney minutes after she revealed her desire to get married. The former Tottenham Hotspur star (30), shared a cryptic post suggesting his intentions to part ways with Tierney.

"It is a travesty when two hearts, at different intervals in life, find each other. And although they would otherwise be perfect for each other, they can't be together, for the timing isn't right," O'Hara wrote on Instagram.

His post came after Tierney took to Instagram to share a selfie of herself modelling in a wedding dress (above left).

"The feeling you have when you oneday know this day will come," she captioned the post.
