England captain Harry Kane says his interest in returning to the English Premier League has cooled because he is ‘fully all in' on Bayern Munich.

Kane, 32, joined the German giants from Tottenham in the summer of 2023 and is under contract there until the summer of 2027.

When he left Spurs, the striker said ‘for sure' he'd return to England. Now, however, he is no longer certain about that.

"In terms of staying longer [at Bayern], I could definitely see that. Obviously it depends on how the next year or so goes and what we achieve together.

Right now, I would say we are in a fantastic moment and I am not thinking about anything else. In terms of the EPL, I don't know… if you had asked me when I first left to go to Bayern, I would have said for sure I would come back. Now that I have been here a couple of years I would probably say that [inclination to return to England] has gone down a little bit. I'm fully all in with Bayern" said Kane.

Kane has begun the season in red-hot form, scoring 11 goals in six Bundesliga games, with Bayern taking home maximum points (18).

He's also netted four times in two Champions League games. Additionally, he has also scored a brace in a German League Cup match (vs Wehen Wiesbaden) and scored a lone goal in the German Supercup, which Bayern won by defeating Stuttgart 2-1.

Kane won his first major trophy at club level last season when Bayern won the league and said that's given him motivation to do more and be better. "I was interested in how I would feel after winning a trophy. But for sure, I pushed myself the other way, in terms of being even better, eating even cleaner, doing more gym. Just trying to get the most out of myself," Kane said.
