Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has instilled an incredible work ethic among his players, evidenced by the fact that even his forwards track back to help out defensively all throughout the match.
This requires his charges to be in pristine physical condition, and Enrique himself sets the standards with his own rigorous training routine and diet, which keeps the two-time Champions League-winning manager ripped even at the age of 56.
According to British tabloid The Sun, Enrique revealed that he cycles, works out, and runs marathons to maintain his physique, but the one thing he focuses on the most is his diet, particularly his dinner.
Enrique, a former Real Madrid and Barcelona player himself, eats a total of six eggs for dinner - three fried, three boiled - along with green beans, carrots and sweet potato. He finishes his meal with some yoghurt and sometimes even drinks a glass of beer, because it gives him "energy."
While there will be no let up for PSG and Enrique as the Champions League final draws closer, the Spanish coach may allow himself a cheat meal if his team beat Arsenal in the summit clash on May 30.
