Mikel Arteta
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta was delighted with the way his team bounced back after conceding an early goal to beat rivals Chelsea 2-1 and maintain their perfect start to the English Premier League season (three wins in three games).
"It wasn't the right start, but we certainly reacted in an amazing way. Overall, it was an incredible performance. I enjoyed the way we competed. We took risks, it was a joy to watch. We constrained Chelsea well [after the goal]," said the ecstatic Spanish coach.
Morgan Rogers struck for the Blues in just the second minute before Kai Havertz (25th min) netted the equaliser for the Gunners. In-form skipper Martin Odegaard scored the winner for Arteta's men in the 50th minute to ensure they sealed all three points.
