Ivanovic, who took off for the beach to recover from being upset 7-6, 7-5 by World No 21 Sabine Lisicki in the third round of the Miami Open yesterday, revealed how she enjoys relaxing at the beach and her favourite holiday destination during a fan interaction held by WTA Live.
Talking about her idea of a perfect day at the beach, she said: "My favourite thing to do on a beach is read a magazine and soak up the sun. The best thing about Miami is its sunshine. It's a nice place to relax and play."
Opening up about her favourite destination, the World No 6 revealed that it would be an island. "It has to be an island. If it is Bora Bora (the most famous of French Polynesia's Leeward Islands), I really don't mind."
