The 30-year-old model, who is the stepdaughter of former English football manager Paul Gascoigne, previously cheated on Meeks in January 2017 with footballer Jamie O'Hara on reality show Celebrity Big Brother, which led to their break-up.
However, by all accounts, it looks like Meeks has forgiven the television personality.
