CCI-Prakash Padukone Academy duo Yash Tiwari and Riya Arolkar fashioned impressive wins in the CCI-Greater Mumbai District Badminton Championship, at the Cricket Club of India yesterday.
Arolkar overcame Rajvi Sampat in two championship rounds as she clinched the girls' U-15 and U-17 singles titles. Tiwari won the boys U-19 title after Viplav Kuvale conceded the final after dropping the first game 19-21.
