Rio Olympics silver medallist shuttler PV Sindhu is enjoying her time in New York. Yesterday she shared this picture with her 5,80,000 Instagram followers and captioned it: "Happy morning. PV Sindhu was the first Indian woman to win a silver medal at the Olympics. She did so during the 2016 Summer Olympics.
PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal are the only two Indian badminton stars to clinch a medal at the Olympics.
Sindhu has also won 2 bronze medals at the World Championships, 1 bronze at the Asian Championship and 1 bronze at the Commonwealth Games.
