Favourites UK United suffered a shock 1-2 defeat at the hands of Union Bank of India via tie-breaker in the final of the Orlem Super Cup in Malad recently.
After a keenly contested goalless final, Patrick Mascarenhas scored twice (once in tie-breaker and once in sudden death) while only Andrew Buthello could score for UK United.
Union Bank received Rs 44,000, while UK United were richer by Rs 33,000 for their effort.
