Lewis Hamilton admitted that his McLaren car is not quick enough after a disappointing performance in qualifying for Sunday's German Grand Prix
Hockenheim (Germany): Lewis Hamilton admitted that his McLaren car is not quick enough after a disappointing performance in qualifying for Sunday's German Grand Prix.
Hamilton will start Sunday's race at the Hockenheimring in sixth position. He said McLaren were the 'third team' and just not quick enough at the moment.
"It's what I've been telling you for a long, long time and no one believed it," he said. "We are the third team at the moment and just not fast enough but we keep pushing and we do the best job we can.
I never expect to be sixth, for sure, but I've been saying for a long time that generally we are the third fastest team."
