Aussies feel the heat

The capital city witnesses oppressive heat during the day, but becomes cooler by night. And like any other day, yesterday was very hot and humid too. The Aussies got a taste of Dilli ki garmi when they arrived for their opening ceremony parade. Dressed in dapper suits, almost all the members of the huge Australian contingent were visibly struggling to cope with the double dose of heat and humidity. After a while, most of the Aussies' jackets were off and their trousers folded to the knees to make way for any ventilation available.
