Champions Training Centre (CTC), led by skilful Olympian Devindar Walmiki, beat Mumbai Port Authority 2-1 to emerge men's champions of the St Peter's hockey tournament at Bandra recently.

Walmiki scored the opening goal for CTC while Raj Patil added the second. For Mumbai Port Authority, Navin Karketa pulled a goal back.

Elite women's winners Union Bank

In the elite women's final, Union Bank (UBI) got the better of Western Railway (WR) 4-2 via shootout. Yahiska MG opened the scoring for UBI before Priyanka Sihag netted the equaliser for WR to take the game into the shootout. In the tie-breaker, Nikita Toppo, Jiwan Kishori and Akanksha Singh scored for UBI while only Priyanka W could convert for WR.
