IC Extension beat Falcon Brothers

IC Extension, Borivali stayed on course to defend their Late Darryl Crasto Memorial Trophy after overcoming Falcon Brothers, Mazgaon 2-1 in the quarter-finals of the Catholic Gymkhana Floodlit Rink Football Tournament at the Gymkhana Ground.


Grenville Murzello and Agnelo Picardo scored for the winners while Lloyd Vaz got the consolation goal for the Mazgaon team.

Meanwhile, former champions Companeroes also moved within touching distance of the title when they beat Glorian Youngsters by a solitary goal.
