India's star shooter Manu Bhaker, 24, stunned her 1.5 million Instagram followers as she flexed her muscles in this gym selfie she posted recently.

The double Olympic bronze medal-winning shooter, who also won a silver in 25m pistol at the Asian Championships recently, captioned her post: "Less busy, more focus. Less complaint, more appreciation. Less noise, more peace. Less hate, more love." It received over 11,000 ‘likes'.
