'Life more important than boxing': Jake Paul on Anthony Joshua’s car accident

YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul was among the first to react to the harrowing news regarding two-time former heavyweight champions Anthony Joshua's car crash in Nigeria that killed two people on Monday.

Paul was Joshua's most recent opponent in a high-octane bout on December 19, which the latter won.

"Life is much more important than boxing. I am praying for the lost lives, AJ and anyone impacted by today's unfortunate accident," Paul said on Monday. Joshua is currently in a stable condition. "The patient is stable and does not require any emergency medical intervention," a joint statement by Lagos and Ogun state governments said
