Supermodel reduces asking price of plush Central Park flat co-owned with NBAâu00c2u0080u00c2u0088star ex-hubby Marko Jaric by more than a million dollars

Brazillian model and actress Adriana Lima has slashed the selling price of her apartment in Central Park, Manhattan by more than $1 million (Rs 6.47 crores), after a lack of demand for the flat.
The 35-year-old Victoria's Secret model jointly owns the apartment with ex-husband NBA star Marko Jaric, with whom she was married for five years before announcing their separation in 2014.

Lima moved to Miami several years ago and only uses the apartment occasionally whenever she is in New York.
Lima had purchased the apartment for just under $2 million (R12.9 crores) in 2003 and put it on the market around three and a half years ago, for an initial price of $5.5 million (Rs 35.5 cr).
However, since then, the apartment was re-listed in December 2016 for $4.85 million (Rs 31.3 cr), before being pushed down to $4.3 million (Rs 27.8 cr) on Tuesday.
The 2,200-square-foot apartment has been renovated recently and has a view of Central Park, besides providing amenities, like a 24-hour doorman and a fitness center.
