Sindhu insisted Sen will have more shots at glory: “Tough loss, but smile Lakshya. For the public, the All England is seen as the pinnacle because of its history, but on the tour, it’s one of four Super 1000 events we play every year, so opportunities keep coming.”

India badminton superstar PV Sindhu was all praise for Lakshya Sen's second-place finish at the All England Open Badminton Championships on Sunday.

In a message posted on social media platform X to her 2.9 million followers, the Olympic medal-winning shuttler wrote, "It's never easy to come back and play a final less than 24 hours after a brutal semi-final. Those matches really stay in the legs. I remember the 2021 All England Open Badminton Championships. I had a really long quarter-final against Akane Yamaguchi, and the very next day had to step back on court for the semi-final against Pornpawee Chochuwong. Let me tell you, it's brutal."

Sindhu insisted Sen will have more shots at glory: "Tough loss, but smile Lakshya. For the public, the All England is seen as the pinnacle because of its history, but on the tour, it's one of four Super 1000 events we play every year, so opportunities keep coming."
