The red line on the canvases is a unique feature in her works. According to Lamba, the line is a thread that connects her experiences of living in various parts of the world. Her paintings are somewhere between abstract and concrete and focus on representing human figures.In addition to appreciating the paintings, you can also enjoy a four-course set menu for Rs 1,000 plus taxes at the venue.

All the ingredients required for the preparation have been brought in from Assam to maintain the authenticity of the food. A vegetarian meal will cost Rs 1,400 per head and a non-vegetarian meal Rs 1,700 per head. With only 16 seats available, the entry is on first come first serve basis.

World through the eyes of women
7 pm: The play titled Emotional Creature is a collection of stories of women from various parts of the world. The act incorporates tales such as that of a Kenyan girl who revolts against slavery, the plight of a Congolese rape survivor and an Indian girl who finds the courage to stand up for herself among many others. The 90-minute play uses monologues, ensemble pieces and song and dance sequences to take the audience on a theatrical journey. The play has been directed by Mahabanoo Mody-Kotwal and Kaizaad Kotwal.

Celebrate Driver's Awareness Week
9 am-6 pm: As part of Driver's Awareness Week (September 17-September 24), the Siddhi Vinayak Logistic Limited (SVLL) foundation is hosting yoga sessions, health check-up and blood donation camps for people who work as drivers and their families. The yoga sessions will help the drivers relax and rejuvenate as just like any other profession, driving can be quite stressful. The health check-up will include general health check up, peak flow test, blood glucose test, haemoglobin test and blood group test. The session will be followed by a diet consultation with a nutritionist who will chart a healthy diet plan based on their lifestyle.
