I love Bombay Bandook for the way the band captures a restless and eclectic rhythm. Their music feels rooted in classical Indian notes, blending contemporary sounds with a distinctly Indian sensibility. I especially enjoy their songs Sagariya and Azad. There is an infectious energy to their performances, but also a sense of experimentation that keeps their sound exciting. They are still an upcoming underground band that deserves more applause and reception. Their stage presence dominates all of your senses. I had a neck sprain from headbanging to their performance a while back. With ten unique singles under their belt, they are dedicated to bringing a new energy to the independent music scene and uplifting the Indian fusion genre.
