This comes after President Ram Nath Kovind on January 21 approved the disqualification of the MLAs, who were appointed as parliamentary secretaries by the Arvind Kejriwal-led government, after the Election Commission of India (ECI) recommended the same on January 19. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had refused to stay the sacking of the legislators
