She may have lost her appetite for indoor cycling. But Charlize Theron seems to have found an alternative way to stay in shape, as she was spotted attending a hot yoga class in Cape Town, South Africa on Friday.

The 39-year-old appeared to go make-up free as she hit the studio for an early workout, carrying a green mat and a bottle of water.

Wrapped up in a white Armani coat with a sheepskin lining, the South African beauty was no doubt happy to have put some distance between herself and fellow actress Tia Mowry.
The Sister Sister star recently told a magazine that Charlize had snubbed her during a class in Los Angeles. "She wasn't very nice to me," the 36-year-old told a publication of the situation. "I said 'Hi' and she actually rolled her eyes and said 'Oh my God'."
