Marking her sixth successive year at Cannes, Sonam Kapoor stepped out in two different numbers for her day one outing at the film festival yesterday.

In her first look for the photo-call, the fashionista was seen in an Anamika Khanna creation. Later, for press interactions, she chose a black and blue saree by designer Rimzim Dadu paired with a tight bun and a black collar necklace.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, on the other hand, was seen in a red ruffled Naeem Khan gown for press interactions. Her first red carpet appearance on Friday was in a beaded cape couture gown by Kuwaiti designer Ali Younes.

On her second day, she looked ethereal in an Elie Saab creation. She attended the screening of her next, Sarbjit in a Rohit Bal creation—an embellished long tunic over a black dress.
