Playing for Change is a non-profit organisation dedicated to provide music and arts education to underprivileged children worldwide. On its annual Playing for a Change Day they have artists such as KC Loy, music bands such as Airport, BBC and Bombay Basement, performing at a concert where a percentage of the proceeds will go towards the cause.

Shop to light up a village
The Rotary Club of Bombay Bayview has organised a two-day exhibition- cum-sale, titled Prayaas. You can shop for handicrafts, artefacts, garments, furnishings and other products from their stalls. The proceeds will be utilised to provide solar lanterns to families living in Wada village located in rural Maharashtra. Shop without guilt and light up someone's home this Diwali.
