'I am caught between two women...'

I am 41 and have been married for a decade. I have a seven year-old-daughter. Things were going fine in my married life till about three months ago when a new woman joined my workplace. She is 28 years old and single. I clicked with her from her first day at work. As we are in the same department, we interact throughout the day. With her around, things on the workfront have been smooth sailing. I found myself falling for her. Barely a month later, I got physical with her. She did not resist my advances and now we often plan our secret getaways. As we have been discreet, no one at the work place has got wind of our affair. My wife has no clue what is going on behind her back. At the same time, I feel terribly guilty when I am with the other woman. She is caring and I feel at peace when she is around. She tells me to keep it going till it lasts. Is it possible to be in love with two women. Can I do the balancing act with my wife and colleague?
You may feel it is bliss and peaceful with her around, but get ready to face the onslaught when your idyllic world gets rocked. Sooner or later, someone will get to know. You have been lucky that you have not been caught redhanded. Also, this woman is much younger, she might find someone in her age group and then dump you. Things have been happening too soon, too fast between you and your colleague. You say you are feeling guilty, but have you ever stopped to ponder how heartbroken your wife will be when she gets to know the truth? Remember, you also have a young daughter. Why do you want to ruin your family life? The fact that she is telling you to keep it going till it lasts is a clear indication that this woman is not looking at a long-term relationship. Do not mix work with pleasure. Start treating her as a colleague and nothing more. Apart from an upheaval in your personal life, your professional life will also suffer when your work mates find out.
