Mumbai: A model has reportedly registered a rape case against additional commissioner of Mumbai police Sunil Paraskar.
Paraskar a senior IPS officer and currently Deputy Inspector General, Civil Rights Unit has been accused of raping and molesting the model for more than six months. According to officials, the model met the senior IPS officer Paraskar in November 2013 and they soon became close and allegedly got into a relationship.

But things may have turned sour as she met Mumbai police commissioner Rakesh Maria last week and filed a rape complaint against Paraskar. She also submitted few pictures and videos with the IPS officer. Taking serious note of the complaint, Maria has ordered an inquiry and a case under section 376, 354 and government officer act has been registered against Paraskar with the woman cell of Mumbai police crime branch.
According to reports, the investigating officer visited a hotel in suburbs of Mumbai where Paraskar allegedly raped the model. Further investigations are going on.
