As per reports, a train got stuck near Bharat petroleum station at 6:30 am. The up and down services between Wadala Monorail depot and Bharat petroleum monorail station were stopped due to the technical snag and this caused a lot of inconvenience to the daily commuters using the services.

According to MMRDA officials, the exact reason for the technical snag is yet to be known but prima facie it appears that the issue is related to power supply. Meanwhile up and down services between Chembur and Bharat petroleum are running normally.

The authorities had to tow away the train that had broken down.
