Patil and Co may recall Gambhir for Zimbabwe tour

Selectors are likely to recall opener Gautam Gambhir when they pick the squad today for India's tour to Zimbabwe starting July 24.

It is also learnt that the selectors may rest some seniors for the upcoming five-match ODI series.

Gambhir Gambhir lost his place due to poor form and has not played any international cricket since January.

Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who injured his right hamstring during the tri-series opener against West Indies, is likely to be ruled out. Virat Kohli will lead the side if Dhoni is unavailable.
