Not much could be gauged about Richa Chadha's character in the trailer and teaser of '3 Storeys'. After going deglam in Fukrey Returns, Richa glams it up in 3 Storeys. The actress is seen wearing a yellow saree with loud makeup.

Richa will be seen in a never seen avatar before. Her last release Fukrey Returns which went out to become one of the sleeper hits of Bollywood had Richa in an entirely different character, as compared to 3 Storeys. This time Richa is playing a single woman, who has got a mysterious edge to her character. The men in the Chawl are seen charmed and intrigued by her.

Richa's role is that of a femme fatale who lives alone in the Chawl, she knows her way out from major situations. Her character is not much talked about in the film as well but is definitely one of the important characters in the film. She is a subject of desire within the people in the Chawl. There is a mystery that no one in the Chawl knows about her.

The film also proves to be the debuting platform for young talents Aisha Ahmed and Ankit Rathi. The film features a power-packed ensemble cast of actors like Sharman Joshi, Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadha and Renuka Shahane in pivotal roles. 3 Storeys is directed by debutante director Arjun Mukerjee, who has had a history of AD filmmaking. Produced by Priya Sreedharan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, 3 Storeys releases on 9th March 2018.
