"It makes you feel very inferior as a filmmaker, it's that brilliant. It is such a film which I cannot make as I neither have the talent nor strength to make such a beautiful film," confessed Karan at the special screening of the film organised by Kiran Rao.

Kiran Rao is releasing director Anand Gandhi's critically acclaimed directorial venture in association with UTV Motion Pictures.

Heaping praises on Gandhi, Karan said it's a rare film that has made him "speechless".

"I haven't seen a film like this in last five-six years. It's a film for cinema-lovers. It seems that director Anand Gandhi has taken a huge chunk of life and has made a film on it. He has made the film from his heart. You can't say much after watching the film. It makes you speechless," said the 41-year-old filmmaker.

Premiered at the 12th Toronto International Film Festival, the film explores various aspects of life through three different characters from different walks of life. It is releasing on July 19.

Initially, it will come out in five cities - Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata.

For screening in other cities, the 'Ship of Theseus' team is launching an online voting system. Audiences in various cities will be able to vote online. The city that gets the maximum votes will witness a screening of the film.
