Amy Jackson may be missing in action from the Mumbai scene as well as being Prateik’s arm candy, though there has been on/off buzz about them.u00a0The starlet, however, prefers to be immersed in work. She will be shortly leaving for China for a 40-day schedule of Shankar’s Tamil film that has Vikram as her co-star.

As the filmmaker is known to shoot in exotic locations, he was keen to revisit the place after having shot his Aishwarya Rai-starrer Jeans in 1998 in the country.u00a0Amy is presently in Hyderabad, where she attended the music launch of AL Vijay’s Telugu film in which she also stars opposite Vikram. After a long shoot schedule for the film in the UK, she got back to start shooting for Shankar’s film which has had a schedule in Hyderabad.



Adds the source, “Amy has balanced the shooting schedules of both her films. She has been out of Mumbai for long and is missing her home and pals. But work is priority for her at the moment. Amy combines her level of commitment along with her friendly energy on the sets.”
