Producer accuses Shiv Sena of threatening her with dire consequences over a music track from her new film

Another political antic by Shiv Sena?

Producer Aparna Hoshing, who is all set to release her Ravi Kishan and Hazel Crony starrer, is running scared these days considering her controversial song has now come under the scanner of Shiv Sena.

The film wing of the political party Maharashtra Cinema and Television Sena have threatened the producer to either remove the song or meet with dire consequences.

Aparna Hoshing says, “We released our song Muh mein le on YouTube about a week back and within a couple of days I got a cal from Shiv Sena asking me to remove the song. At first I was very scared and now they have sent me a letter also. However, I am not going to remove the song.”

The producer argues that since the political party did not have any objection to tracks like D K Bose and Hunter, then they should not object to her song either. She says, “I have not done any crime and although they have threatened me that they will deal with me in Shiv Sena fashion, I am confident that I will not remove the song.”

Hoshing tells us that if within two days these calls don’t stop, she will go ahead to file a complaint. Currently, she has hired private security guards to protect her. u00a0
