Anurag Kashyap has caused a stir with his tweets in favour of child artiste Zaira Wasim. Yesterday, he addressed PM Narendra Modi and posted, "My new year resolution. The more the Bhakts troll me, I am going to troll the Boss. Let's play troll-troll We were stupid to believe, not any more.... The whole troll army is out. Amazing people you follow. Pride of the nation. Did you conduct private classes for them."
This isn't the first time that he has attacked the government. Last year, Kashyap was trolled for asking Modi to apologise for his trip to Pakistan following the Uri attacks.
