Pradhuman Singh Mall had a hectic day yesterday. The actor played a man unwittingly forced to become a fake Osama Bin Laden in Tere Bin Laden. Everyone wanted B-Town's Osama to talk about the real Osama!

"I got a call at 8.30 am and was still sleeping. I was told me to put on the TV. And when people asked me for a reaction at the news 'Obama killed' all that I could reply was: "Good lord, I am sleepy!"

In Tere Bin Laden, which released last year, Pradhuman essays the character of Noora, a Laden lookalike."
"When I was offered the role, I was taken aback. But a look test followed and the resemblance was uncanny."

That he was playing Osama was kept under wraps from his family and friends as he did not want any alarm bells going off.

As part of his research for the character he watched several docu- mentaries and whatever footage the channels displayed about the dreaded terrorist.

"From whatever docus I saw about him, it was clear that Osama was a great orator and a fantastic leader for the people he was fighting for, since he felt they were wronged.

There was this calmness on his face and he would always be seen smiling. Even though violence has to be shunned."

He adds, "For over 10 years he was the world's most wanted terrorist, now the US has got him.

I hope that the Americans pull out the troops from wherever they feel they had to combat terrorism and let everyone live in peace."
