The Chhattisgarh government has declared Vijaya Raje Scindia's biopic, Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi, starring Hema Malini, tax-free in the state.
The film portrays the struggle of Scindia's life coupled with Indian independence and history of states. It shows the social and political personality besides achievements of Scindia, which inspired the women empowerment movement, an official release stated.
