Celina Jaitly, best known for espousing the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender (LGBT) cause, is back in the news.
Along with transgender Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, she is all set to hold a pan-India transgender talent contest, called V-Care Indian Super Queen the final of which would be held in New Delhi on February 21.

The contest would award the transgender queen Rs 10 lakh, Rs 8 lakh to the second place and Rs 5 lakh to the third place. Celina herself has volunteered to give Rs 50,000 to the first place transgender.

This was announced at a press conference where the actress was seen clad in a demure sari with a big bindi.

When she heard the amounts being offered, Celina said: "I wish I had taken part in this contest instead of Miss India."
