Buzz doing the rounds of B-Town is that Deepika Padukone, and not Bipasha Basu, will star in the sequel to Corporate.
All alone
The movie had ended with Bipasha's character left all alone, fighting for justice.
Says a source, "Deepika is being approached to play the protagonist who makes a comeback into the corporate world. She gets even with those who responsible for her debacle."
Though Bips had received praise and fetched awards for her performance, the makers are opting for a younger actress the reason why Deepika is being approached.
But Bhandarkar says, "It is not true."
The source however maintains, "As it is in the early stages, Bhandarkar and producers Percept are preferring to keep mum at the moment."
