Fitness mantra- Neha's a sport

If you thought that actor Neha Dhupia survives on a lettuce diet to maintain her toned body, you're mistaken. The lady believes in eating in moderation, and roughing it out in the outdoors. She shares her fitness routine with CS:

More or less
My fitness mantra is to eat a little lesser than I can, and exercise a little more than I can! I like mixing my work-out regime. My work-outs consist of a combination of gym (five times a week), yoga (about three times) and a sport ufffd either tennis, squash or volleyball (about once a week.)

I strongly advocate excercising outdoors or undertaking a sport that will keep your interest in fitness intact. And what's better, you'll be be able to breath in fresh air, something that isn't possible in our AC rooms, studios and gyms.

All for yoga
Yoga is a more holistic workout. It helps in correcting your system internally, teaching you how to breathe correctly and completely as that is the basis of a strong intrinsic framework. It also helps in moulding your shape and enhances your flexibility.

Going organic
I am currently following an organic approach. I try and avoid foods and drinks that are preserved in cans. I prefer to follow the organic diet when I can't keep a good check on what I eat.

u00a0As for the quantity, my breakfast is the largest meal, followed by lunch and dinner. I also eat smaller meals every two-three hours and intersperse them with regular a dose of green tea and Earl Grey tea.

Break ke baadu00a0
Staying fit mentally is extremely important. Taking a break every now and then helps you recharge your batteries. When I'm looking for a short break, I head to Delhi where my parents live or to my house in Goa. When I have more time at hand, I like to travel out of the country. And when I can't travel, I just turn my phone off. That's a great way of taking a break.
