Promising to serve the best Italian coffee and serving it with panache, this coffee joint which has outlets across the city, held a coffee tasting session led by Master of Coffee, Gennaro Pelliccia, who demonstrated the hand crafting of their coffees to a select audience. Educating the people on the four M's, he shared the key to making that perfect hot cuppa Italian coffee:

Miscela (blend) - Mocha Italia, espresso blend, is used to make all coffee, a blend which has been handed down from generations.


Macinatura (grind) - Every cup of coffee served by baristas is prepared using freshly ground coffee beans. Grinding the beans to the exact consistency is essential to ensuring the perfect extraction of the flavours and aromas every time.



Macchina (machine) - Specially designed Italian Espresso machines.

Mano (hand - the skill of the barista) - It is the barista who takes responsibility for all the controllable factors that can influence the perfect cup of coffee. Extensive training is given on checking and controlling the correct dose, grind size, tamp(pressure) applied to the coffee grounds, extraction time and cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment.
