A while back Govinda had announced that he was reviving his production banner to launch his daughter Narmada. It appears that the star daughter’s debut just got delayed further.

Narmada

Buzz about Narmada’s entry in Bollywood has been on for the last few years. She was slated to make her debut in a film directed by Lovely Singh opposite boxing champ Vijendra Singh but the project never took off. Later Vinod Khanna’s nephew Akhil Kapoor was slated to step in as her hero, but this too never happened.

Govinda

Says Govinda, “I will not make any announcement on the front till February. I want the timing to be right. Presently I am shooting for Pahlaj Nihalani’s film. It will be complete soon. I want it to release first before divulging details about my production house’s plans.”

Govinda had produced Ssukh in 2005 after which he felt production was not exactly his forte but was willing to don the mantle again for his daughter’s debut. The actor is known to be extremely superstitious and does things that are astrologically correct. So the stars also have to be right before any announcement.
