Actor Jimmy Sheirgill will be seen in a short film titled 'Papa, We Love You Too' based on father-son bond. Directed by Kabir Sadanand, the film also stars popular veteran director-actor Lekh Tandon and marks Kabir's son Arya's acting debut.
"This is our ode to the most underrated relationship in a family -- of the father. It's time to take a break and give your family a smile. I would say be the parent you would want your child to be," Kabir said in a statement.
"Jimmy has been one of my oldest friends in the industry and one of the finest actors I know. Lekh ji was the first director I worked with and Arya is an actor I wish I could be," the statement further read.
"Papa, We Love You Too" is releasing on June 23 on Sony LIV, the digital platform of Sony Pictures Networks' India.
