PSSSSSSST: He's working out at Aamir 'Ghajini' Khan's private gym

Lanky Kunal Kapoor has been working out towards a bulkier body for the last three months. And which better place to bulk up than Aamiru00a0 'Ghajini' Khan's swanky, state-of-the-art gym in Bandra.

The actor is building his body for Anurag Kashyap's next film, based on the comic book character Doga. "Anurag told me that he wanted me to do the action myself."

The actor who worked with AK in Rang De Basanti says he has "the best gym I have ever seen. Aamir bought state-of-the-art equipment during Ghajini the kind I haven't seen at any gym.

Aamir doesn't do anything in half measures. I went to a few gyms before deciding that I had to work out at this one."

He continues, "I have my own trainer who accompanies me. Though I have bulked up, I still have a long way to go. The gym is quiet as it is private, so there is no disturbance during workouts, which is important."

The actor works out for three hours every day and six days a week. "It's a combination of one hour muscle training. I do an hour of parkour (or free running) which helps in building stamina, with anu00a0 Australian trainer.

I am also learning the Kerala martial art form,u00a0 Kalarippayattu, and follow that up with an hour of swimming and cycling. Anurag's brief was simple I have to look like an animal but he didn't specify which one."u00a0

Kunal is alsou00a0 following a diet. "I am a hardcore Punjabi who loves butter, ghee and parathas but now Iu00a0 eat healthy foods which taste awful. I have to eat lots of food but healthy stuff like sprouts, cereals, egg whites and protein shakes."

Who's Doga?
Suraj was an orphan brought up by Daku Halkan Singh, who treated him like a dog. To seek revenge, Suraj adopted the alter ego of Doga, wearing a dog mask to hide his identity. He's a one-man army against organised crime, mainly in Mumbaiu00a0
